On-Site Estimating and Scoping Services

We also offer on site estimating services. Examples of which are Large Loss due to Fire, Water, Accident. We are ready to deploy to the disaster area and provide our own transportation and equipment to properly scope the job for our clients. Some of the equipment we have on hand are drones (with FAA 107 licensed and insured Pilots). Matterport machines to scan the damage site documenting the condition of the loss so that it can be successfully brought back to pre loss condition. We utilize Non Destructive testing on Floors, Walls, Roofing, Water Damage, Indoor Air Quality, from Wood to Concrete we scope it and forensically document it. When necessary we take core samples in order to document the claim. In short we utilize whatever technology is necessary to conduct a proper and thorough examination of the damage. We do the science you determine its results. We develop a relationship and become an extension of your organization and allow you to not have a full time salaried staff estimator but rather have an entire well trained team of estimate writers available to you. each one with their own industry certifications and experience making them able to handle all of your estimate writing needs.
